Grrr...Swingers Baby!

Christine and Dash now enjoy swinging together in the backyard, this is very exciting as it now means I get to push two kids endlessly instead of just one :)

Finally - after all that swinging we all got a little peckish and decided to go into the house for a snack, but alas we were too slow for Molly and she decided to have a go at Dining and Dashing. Hee, hee, hee - do the puns ever stop?

Does Molly want a cracker?

Recently Christine has begun eating baby crackers all by herself. This is all very interesting to her best friend Molly as Christine has not quite mastered the art of feeding herself, and often drops her food or misses her mouth. As Molly is exceptionally smart about all things relating on how to steal, beg or borrow people food she has determined that she has a high likelihood of getting the crackers if she hangs around Christine long enough, it's kind of like food-stalking.

At least it saves me from having to clean up the mess myself.

Molly and Christine - BFF

As many of you are aware, Christine and Molly Brown are BFF - Best Friends Forever. Molly Brown is a very sweet, loyal Lab/Border Collie cross that Ben and Steph got about 6 years ago after being robbed one day. She was orginally attended as a security officer of sorts, but as we have come to find out she is scared of many, many things (thunder, firecrackers, any kind of shouting, her own farts etc.) and thinks that squirrels are the only threat to our property.

We were a little concerned that when Christine came home from the hospital Molly might be a little jealous, Molly is very attached to Steph and follows her everywhere. There was no need for concern as Molly has much love to share and shows absolutely no jealously towards Christine at all, in fact they have become fast bestest friends. Christine's first genuine laugh was at Molly and Ben "wrestling" and she is fascinated by Molly's every move. Hopefully they have many, many more years of fun ahead of them.
