At long last...

Finally! A long awaited blog updated...

We have had our first (of many we hope) Christine and Dash Zoo adventure of 2009 - here's how it went down. Above you'll see Ben and Dash looking at the Zebras and pondering the age old question of black with white stripes or white with black stripes?

At the same time Christine managed to scam a Zebra-ride out of her gullible Aunt Boo.

Here's a shot of Christine hanging with the Baboons - she's been a big fan ever since we visited African's Lion Safari last night and they were hanging out on our van doing crazy Baboon stuff (use your imaginations).

Both Christine and Dash were entranced by the giant aquarium that holds over 10 000 fish. The only frustrating part was that Christine kept on "losing" her favourite blue fish in the masses.

And what would a trip to the Zoo be without rides of some sort. Above you'll find Christine of Arabia and her faithful camel Tom (not quite the exotic name we were expecting). Christine was surprisingly brave to be riding around on this beast all by herself and had a great time.
We decided that Dash couldn't be trusted to actually stay on the Camel without supervision but Dash did to get to ride his own exotic beast - a stationary Jeep! To Dash that's pretty much as good as it gets - unless he was able to take a firetruck for a ride, now that would be heaven.
