My apologies for the lack of posts of late, we've all been busy lately and my evenings are still very full taking care of Dash and historically that is when I usually have had the time to write the blog, I'll try to be better in the future.

We haven't been up to anything too exciting lately - last week we got together with Maja and her Mom Erin (not to insult Erin and Maja by implying they aren't exciting), then this weekend we did some visiting and ran some errands. Christine and Dash did go to see their first movie together, Saturday night we loaded up the minivan and headed to the drive-in to see Shrek the Third. It was an successful outing with no crying and just a little bit of wiggling from Christine.

Today we went for a long walk around the neighbourhood then visited our friend Jamie and Erin's house on their move-in day, Christine as usual performed her free-of-charge childproofing tests and found many dangerous but fun playthings.

Here's some new pictures for your enjoyment - first off is our picture of the newest Sumo wrestler to hit the big leagues, our own Dash.

Here's a picture of Christine enjoying her favourite sport/hobby - cat watching. She can spot a cat a mile away. We had a close encounter with a neighbourhood cat this week when it wanted to come inside our house - hey we thought, Molly the dog will scare it away no problem! But it appears that our security dog is afraid of cats and would go nowhere near it, good job Molly. (If you look closely on Christine's jammies you'll see tiny dogs all over them, they are her favourite pair and she'll point to each one individually and say "dog" over and over and over again).

And since I posted an embarrassing picture of Dash here is a cute one of him - he's getting so big so fast.
