A Corny First

Yesterday Christine enjoyed another "first" - her first attempt at eating corn on the cob, and if you can believe it, she was up to her ears in it in no time. Here's the story of her dinner last night in picture form:


First she carefully examined the ear of corn looking for potential booby traps placed by her parents (most likely her father),

Next she gave an experimental first taste using the unique one hand on either side of the ear of corn technique,

Finally she declares corn to be a delicious and very, very messy food for toddlers. After eating as much corn as she liked she decided to give the reminder of the cob to her BFF Molly the dog, Molly was much appreciative but ended up being sick later - yet more mess for us to clean up, thanks guys.
