Private Dash

Dash is now a big enough baby to join the army and go on dangerous missions. He is seen practising his maneuvers above - he was securing the couch in case of attack from enemy beavers (you can see in the background they are quickly advancing, and in disguise). He certainly is a big guy, we had his five month check-up today and he weighed in at a hefty 18.5 pounds and 27 inches tall, to put this in perspective - Christine was approximately this weight at 10 months.

Christine is doing well also, although we've been having some issues concerning bedtime and naptime lately. As you can see below she doesn't seem to have any problems grabbing a couple of quick zzzs in her playhouse - maybe I should start putting her to sleep in there, although Children's Aid might have something to say about forcing your child to sleep in a cardboard box.

And finally a picture of the two kiddos together again on their favourite spot to cuddle (aka the big comfy chair). Christine is continuing her role as the world's best big sister with lots of hugs, kisses and toys for Dash.
