Ladies Night

Tonight Christine and I hosted a Ladies Night for our friends Erin and Sara, Erin is expecting her first baby in July so there was lots of baby talk and girly giggling to be had. When Ben came home we all also had fun teasing Christine by placing objects just out of her reach when she was balanced standing on the couch to see how long it would take her to fall down - a little mean maybe, very funny - definitely. The above picture shows us all hanging out together, it's great to get together to gab, just like old times (all the way back to high school).

We also had our first family swim in Grandpa's swimming pool today, it was lots of fun and very refreshing, Christine seemed to like hanging out on the stairs the best in the shallower water, I'm sure we'll be having many more lazy days by the pool in the next couple of months.
