Christine's Travels - Georgetown

Today was Christine's first visit to Georgetown, birthplace of her Uncle Geof and Nana.

Christine, Ben, Steph, Uncle Geof and Brenda were invited for lunch at Doris', a dear family friend who is quiet enamored of Christine, the first picture is of the two of them having a cuddle. It was a wonderful visit with amazing food (as always) and a great chance for us to be together - it would have been even better if Nana and Papa had been there as well. Because Papa was not there he missed out on the awesome strawberry cheesecake/shortcake tart that was for dessert - to remind him of what he missed out I snapped this picture of it of as a painful reminder. It was even yummier than the picture looks - ha ha!
